We will be there for rehearsal so that everyone is ready and comfortable. Marti & I will inform, guide & direct your perfect day so you can relax and take it all in.
Wedding Coordinator
Just Another Service We Provide
If you don't have one, Marti will be your wedding coordinator for the rehearsal and the day of. What does that mean for you? When we meet with you a month before your wedding to collect your wedding homework, she will get all the details of your day, and then work her magic. When we come to your rehearsal Marti will get the bridal party and any family that is to be seated lined up and walking in on cue (not sure how that looks, no worries we got you)
During the reception, Marti will facilitate all of the formalities. What does that mean? Marti will keep the formalities flowing, from dances, to cake cutting to bouquet toss; she will work with your photographer before important shots. She makes sure the caterer is ready before dinner is announced. She will walk around with the microphone for toasts and make sure everyone you have listed gets his or her opportunity to speak. She will be there to help pass out champagne or whatever needs to be handled. Every bride agrees, she makes a huge difference.
What Marti brings to the table is an invaluable service that provides peace of mind and helps to ensure your event is perfect. This kind of service would typically cost a bride anywhere from $200-$500 but it’s included when you book Encore Entertainment as your DJ.
